A recurring issue for some airline passengers is the lack of available storage in overhead compartments due to early boarders occupying it all. As a result, those who board later often struggle to find storage space for their belongings. This issue is largely due to passengers who board earlier taking up the space in the compartments above seats that are not theirs.
In simpler terms, individuals who board planes earlier have a tendency to take up the overhead cabin space meant for other passengers. This means those who board the airplane later are faced with the trouble of having no place to store their belongings for the duration of the flight.
A recurrent problem on flights is the lack of overhead bin storage, particularly for those who don't board as early. Those who are among the first to board fill these compartments, often even if not above their own seats, leaving late boarders with no available storage.
Early boarders of flight service are often unintentionally leaving their fellow travelers with limited storage options. The passengers, who join the flight at the later stages, are often left with fewer storage choices because the overhead bins have been occupied by those who boarded early.
