A tragic incident has occurred involving a 21-year-old hiker from New Jersey who perished after a fall near the peak of Mount Marcy. The unfortunate event unfolded after the individual reported his accident via a 911 call. Unfortunately, by the time rangers reached his location, they discovered the hiker was already deceased.
